About Our Client

* Answer incoming phone calls and transfer accordingly * Facilitate planning of all meetings and coordination with client * Take meeting notes and send updates to staff * Assist with various projects and presentations as needed * Daily administrative tasks * Support planning and coordination of programs and its activities * Ensure implementation of policies and practices * Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions * Help build positive relations within the team and external parties * Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain the agenda * Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.) * Prepare paperwork and order material * Keep updated records and create reports or proposals * Support growth and program development
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree is preferred * Experience working in a corporate office environment is preferred * Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and anticipate needs * Must be eligible to work overtime and assist with ad hoc projects * Looking for a hardworking candidate to hit the ground running and be eager to learn and grow * MS Office proficiency
