Job Description

  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Source suitable candidates and brief on the opportunities offered by your clients
  • Offer resume, interview and general career advice
  • Manage client/candidate expectations and control the interview process

The Successful Applicant

We look for candidates who successfully manage strong academics with extracurricular activities. We want charismatic individuals and leaders, where your skills will be refined and mastered here at Michael Page. The ideal Recruiter will have: * 0 to 5 years of experience * Keen interest in professional services and a career in business * Strong academic record * Self-starter and positive attitude

What's on Offer

$40,000 - $50,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits including free gym, snacks and drinks, and rewards for high-performance individuals including a competitive bonus structure and High Flyer Trips.

  • Promotion from Associate Consultant to Recruitment Consultant attracts an increase on your base salary. New starters are eligible for bonus from their first quarter.
  • In your first 6 months, bonus eligibility is easier.
  • $100 gift cards are offered for achievement of activity targets, payable each week you hit the set targets in your first 6 months.
  • Monthly office incentives include tickets to basketball, hockey and baseball events, team nights out, travel vouchers, nominated gadgets (cameras, Apple products, cordless headsets, etc).
  • 401k (match is up to a maximum of 4% of base salary - 100% for the first 3%, 50% for the next 2%)
