Job Description

Business Development
This is an important part of growing our client base and organization, and usually involves contacting potential new clients or past clients to promote our service and hopefully win their business. It Takes persistence, patience, persuasion and great communication.

Client Meeting
Although gaining new business is essential, it's just as important to nurture existing client relationships, involving regular updates and face-to-face meetings about their current and future requirements.

Candidate meeting
Meeting with candidates will be a large part of your role, helping to establish what they're looking for from their career and helping to match them with the right opportunity.

Candidate calling
This is important to maintaining close connections with your candidate database and involves regularly checking in with them.

Daily sales wrap-up and activity review
Regular reviews and appraisals with your team or a one-on-one with your manager help you to monitor your performance and get support where needed.

Team social
Your day can often be very busy, but this is balanced by a sociable atmosphere and the option to attend regular team events
