About Our Client
Michael Page is a $2B executive recruitment firm that has over 150 offices in over 30 countries across the globe. We are constantly expanding and growing into new geographic areas and recruitment sectors all the time. Currently in the Boston office we have teams that support a variety of career disciplines. Most notably our Engineering team is under rapid expansion as we break into new untapped markets across New England from our central downtown Boston office.We hire everyone into the consultant level and provide detailed training for both experienced recruiters as well as people looking to transition from their respective disciplines into the executive recruitment.
As an Entry Level Recruiter you will work in two ways as you partner both with executive level candidates and prospective hiring managers. In a consultative manor you will work with hiring managers to define their hiring needs and how best to approach the talent market to secure the top 10% performers in your defined industry sector. You will also work with the best talent to advise them on career progression and what the market offers for them to grow their career in a strategic fashion.
