Job Description

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to the below:

  • Serving as the key point of contact for any inquiries directed to the Executive Office;
  • Coordinating all executive level travel arrangements;
  • Organizing guest lists, RSVP's, communications, and venues for philanthropic events;
  • Providing support for on-going and miscellaneous projects including research, reporting and data entry;
  • Compiling general correspondence and responding to escalated customer service inquiries;
  • Maintaining files, the CRM and other databases as appropriate;
  • Ordering inventory, supplies and lunch for the Executive Office; and
  • Performing any other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and mailing as required.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will possess a Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years administrative experience working in a corporate environment. Experience within the luxury retail industry is preferred, however not necessary. What is paramount is:
