Job Description

  • General Office Support
  • T&E administration
  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Executive Customer Calls
  • Supplies and Office Maintenance
  • Mail review and distribution to appropriate parties
  • Working with lead P.A. to ensure calendar coordination as well as local travel and meeting arrangements
  • Scheduling and or travel arrangements will be facilitated by lead Admin, however individual may be asked by lead Admin to support from time to time
  • Review local daily VC meeting requests with media services to ensure alignment of rooms and services are in order
  • Miscellaneous requests as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Requires a Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 4-5 years administrative experience, or equivalent overall experience.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated advanced MS Office skills, primarily in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • General knowledge of Company policies and procedures and the ability to apply that knowledge.
  • Must be able to be flexible to work hours as needed across multiple time zones depending on the work location of the executives being supported.
  • Previous experience supporting C level executives, board members and high profile clients is preferred
