About Our Client

My client is a financial services institution that mitigates risk within foreign exchange settlements. They are located in the Wall Street area in downtown Manhattan. The company culture is highly professional, mature, but friendly and welcoming.

Job Description

  • Manage complex calendar arrangements
  • Provide high level support to a demanding, but approachable CEO
  • Plan international and domestic travel itineraries
  • Process expense reports
  • Liaise with numerous internal and external points of contact
  • Serve as a gatekeeper
  • Check emails after hours and on weekends to ensure the CEO does not require emergency assistance

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have at least 5-7 years of experience supporting a C-Level executive within banking; should have upwards of 10 years of experience in total
  • The Executive Assistant to CEO should be comfortable with light 24/7 accessibility should the CEO require unexpected assistance
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
