Job Description

  • Monitor compliance requests such as new deals, trades, exceptions and distribute quarterly correspondence utilizing a compliance management solution
  • Heavy calendar management including planning, scheduling, and confirming calls and appointments for Managing Director and Associates with busy schedules
  • Book extensive travel arrangements and process T&E reports
  • Event planning (venues, invitations, tracking, related logistics)
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Organize and file documents; maintain an organized filing system online
  • Manage heavy database entry, multiple contact lists and cross referencing data
  • Phone coverage and prioritizing incoming communications
  • Yield to direction and support of Fund Administrator

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree required
  • High energy level and team player attitude
  • Excellent time management, planning, organizational, interpersonal and technical skills
  • Effective liaison and problem solver
  • Capable of managing work flow and meeting deadlines; ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proactive with ability to initiate and complete projects
  • Must be detail oriented and extremely critical of own work product
  • Must have superior work ethic and high regard for professional conduct
  • Ability to focus on high level initiatives and planning while working on the execution of day to day responsibilities in support of the overall goals
