About Our Client

Your role will support the Managing Director's and their team in a key area of this business. Your key duties will include; diary and email management, scheduling appointments with clients, reporting and tracking information in the database, coordinating travel arrangements and bookings, producing presentations, monitoring compliance requirements, processing expenses, managing catering and any arrangements for client meetings and other ad hoc secretarial tasks.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in a PA or EA capacity within the Financial or Professional Services sector. You will possess the natural ability to bring flair, personality and professionalism to the role. Described as "not a 9-5 job" you must also be willing to commit to the MD in assisting with deadlines outside of the usual working hours. Excellent communication and computer skills are paramount, with the ability to prioritize workloads whilst having the natural ability to cope with any ad hoc requirements.
