Job Description

  • General management of all correspondence for Senior Management and Administration Department including: letters, memos, forms, reports, meeting minutes, and any related documents
  • Manage all reservations/appointments of Senior Management including airline and hotel reservations
  • Oversee day to day responsibilities of the receptionist
  • Greet customers, visitors and monitor on-site visitor's access, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel for Senior Management
  • Manage the supplies and inventory needs of the kitchen
  • Respond to routine correspondence as necessary
  • Assist the HR Generalist to work on the HR related issues
  • Assist the Administration Department Head on any special projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Ability to read, speak, and write)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year Human Resources related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
