*Calendar management

*Office management tasks around the office

*Dealing with contracts for vendors and customers- renewing and amending contracts

*Excel spreadsheets- some billing

*Microsoft Work skill set required

*Email Correspondence


The Successful Applicant

*1-5 years of EA experience

*Part-time temp-perm (full time hours once converted perm)

*Friendly, professional demeanor

*Microsoft Office Suite Proficient

*Outlook and Google experience

*Can do attitude

*No task too big or too small
