Our client is an international retailer of luxury goods with presence in over 35 countries.

Job Description

As our client's company continues to grow, they are in need of a mature individual with a high attention to detail. The Executive/HR Assistant will assume responsibilities to directly aid in their continued growth. Success in this position requires excellent customer service, teamwork, communication, computer skills, organization, and a positive attitude and willingness to do what is needed for individual and team success.

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Manages the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Benefits coordination
  • Facilitate on-boarding of new employees and off-boarding of leaving employees
  • Creation and maintenance of a system for monitoring employee PTO and attendance.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist with executive calendar management
  • Travel and events scheduling
  • Expense keeping and reporting
  • Facilitate special projects as assigned by the CEO

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to handle extremely confidential information with discretion
  • Experience previously supporting a Chief Executive Officer highly preferred
  • Must have an impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and overall quality
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
  • Strong technical skills and proficient in Excel, Google Apps, Word, Outlook, etc.
