Job Description

  • Performs operational, financial, compliance, IT and SOX audits
  • Assist and lead planning meetings for audit engagement and assessments
  • Identify and report process improvements and efficiency opportunities during completion of audit
  • Support M&A team on due diligence work when looking into potential target companies
  • Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses pertaining to monthly closing, financial reporting and consolidation

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 - 6 years of current progressive public accounting/audit experience in a top tier public accounting firm
  • Internal audit experience with a fortune 1000 company
  • Experience to operational, financial and compliance based audits
  • Takes initiative to overcome obstacles and can handle a degree of ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required
  • CPA, CIA is preferred
  • Willing to travel internationally and domestically
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a growing, fast paced team environment
