Job Description

  • Assist and maintain project data - scheduling, vendor management.
  • Prepare purchase orders, leases and expense reporting.
  • Obtain and issue purchase order numbers.
  • Track costs and contractor performance.
  • Coordinator maintenance and servicing of department and building equipment.
  • Inventory management.
  • Maintain vendors up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy.
