About Our Client
Our client is large scale distributor, working exclusively with a household brand name product. As they are looking to expand their current operation and add talent to their growing business, they are looking to add a Facility Manager to their growing team. The Facility Manager, if successful, will have the opportunity to move throughout the network and accelerate their career.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large team within a high volume distribution environment. The Facility Manager will need to have change management leadership experience and will have managed a distribution team. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Accountability for on time, accurate delivery
- Compliance with DOT, OSHA, Labor and Quality regulations
- Collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure staff safety, compliance and performance/productivity
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a distribution environment
- Trained and mentored a team of Managers and Associates
- Direct Store Delivery and/or Consumer Products Distribution experience highly preferred
