About Our Client

Financial Planning:

Our client is a portfolio company of a private equity firm. The company is well positioned for development and is a manufacturer of equipment and parts for steam, valves, pumps and filters that support the high tech, automotive and aerospace industries. The company is looking to grow significantly in 2016 and beyond. Recently acquired by a solid PE shop with great management, they need an outstanding individual to join the team and help develop financial reporting and analysis.

Job Description

Service Delivery and Business Partnering

  • Manages the weekly productions of the 13 week cash flow.
  • Manages and oversees Area Balance sheet reviews for actual and forecast periods.
  • Provides support to the CFO in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process and partners with appropriate department and functional personnel as required.
  • Reviews key financial analyses used to provide information and recommendations to leadership.
  • Provides the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
  • Builds relationships to develop and enhance collaboration with business leaders.
  • Participates on cross-functional project teams providing financial support and analysis.
  • Builds a good relationship with other department heads.Strategy Alignment and Support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of systems.
  • Previous FP&A experience essential as well as having a strong accounting background
  • Exposure to private equity firm operations useful.

What's on Offer

Our client has excellent benefits salary - $90,000-$105,000 + Bonus.
