Job Description

The Financial Services Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling
  • International and domestic travel arrangements
  • Expense reports via Concur
  • Corporate card management
  • Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies
  • Taking detailed meeting minutes/send summary to all staff members
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Series certification is required
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry as an Admin Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Eager to work on a team and independently
