International Investment Bank
- Responsible for reviewing customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity from a variety of reporting generated transactional alerts.
- Reviews suspicious applications to verify information and protect victims from identity theft and application fraud.
- Takes inbound phone calls from customers and/or operational departments to assist customers while also meeting established Service Level agreements.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service environment
- High school diploma or GED
