About Our Client

Our client is a leader in agricultural biotechnology research, development and innovation. They are dedicated to the development and commercialization of bio-fertilizers for use in intensive agricultural, while overcoming the challenges of environmental sustainability. The products are commercialized internationally and the demand in Europe and the United States is on the rise.

The organization has undergone a period of rapid growth in the domestic and international markets. This is through the result of 20 years of research but there are still multiple projects in development which will lead to further expansion and growth.

Job Description

As the general manager you will be overall in charge of the day to day operations of the organization as a whole. Primary goals will be to:

- focus on facilitating all communications with re-sellers

- improving client utilization

- managing account profiles

- monitoring the competition's activity

- planning for boosting market share,

- works with the senior management team across all channel activities.

- He works with senior management and provides them with sales reports, which contain all channel activities and results.

- Set and track Sales goals and Objectives and lead the programs development through the channels for prospected clients.

- Overall profit and loss responsibility

The Successful Applicant

If you feel you are a potential application, here are some of the key requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or sales management
  • Work experience of at least 7-10 years with leadership experience
  • Channel management experience is a must
  • You are highly motivated and have exceptional leadership skills
  • He should be able to work independently without supervision or as a part of a team
  • Have a sense of time management and responsibility
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a must, from either an equipment or bio-tec background
  • Familiarity within the Agronomy industry is a plus
