Job Description

The Global Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing a defined category within the Professional Services Procurement Department. Potential categories include; HR, Legal, Business Services / Consulting, Temp Labor etc.) with an individual purchasing spend of approx. $300M US. This position will be instrumental in establishing long-term partnership agreements with suppliers and work in a highly collaborative way to develop strong relationships with their vendors. Equally the Global Procurement Manager will evaluate, qualify and select vendors and negotiate SLA's to ensure the best cost, quality, and delivery of services.

Aside from the day to day responsibilities, the Global Procurement Manager will establish and lead best procurement practices within the team, while working closely with peer level and subordinates on solving current and future roadblocks to the organization. The Global Procurement Manager will be instrumental in transforming the procurement team from a traditional, tactical group to a progressive, collaborative and strategic team, adding value to throughout the entire organization.

The Successful Applicant

The Global Procurement Manager will have a minimum of 5 years procurement experience within either HR, Legal, Business Services / Consulting, Temp Labor or similar professional services procurement, with a spend of $200M US. They will be hands-on, relationship oriented professional who thrives in a performance based culture. This individual will also have a strategic, solutions oriented mindset and look to constantly improve themselves and the team around them. The Global Procurement Manager will have an open and direct communication style, and the ability to work cross-functionally throughout the entire organization.
