Job Description

The HR generalist/ Head of HR will be responsible of the following:

  • Be responsible of payroll administration
  • Benefits implementation and negotiation with vendors
  • Handle relationship with recruitment firms for hiring needs
  • Reporting of turn over and action plan
  • Responsible of onboarding and personnel relations
  • Frequent communication with leadership to report HR strategy
  • Handle safety and compliance

The role requires someone hands on, proactive and able to make decisions that can impact business. This person will need to get involved in all areas of the business and be willing to make improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist
  • Experience communicating with senior management
  • ADP workforce experience required
  • Background working for construction, manufacturing or industrial services
