Job Description

The Head of International Project Office - Hospitality will work closely with the International Development Team to:

  • Develop and maintain company's high standards of business according to the defined strategies in place
  • Manage a team of architectural consultants and key account managers
  • Coordinate account activity planning and tracking
  • Develop annual growth plans to drive company progression
  • Building and maintaining a network of senior level contacts at key International Hotels
  • Understanding the company's deep product list in order to best serve clients
  • Support complete process from proposals, client interfacing, and negotiations in collaboration with company's development team
  • Attend industry functions to qualify new leads and emerging trends

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Head of International Project Office - Hospitality position based in New York it is critical you demonstrate:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or 10 years experience in related field
  • Prior knowledge of working with an international firm is a plus
  • Capable of hands-on problem solving, quick efficient decision making
  • Prior staff management knowledge is a must
  • Proven skills in developing and maintaining key accounts
  • Industry certifications such as - GAI, AHC, CDT would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self driven and able to work hard under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Ability to use CRM systems to manage clients and project information
  • Ensuring you understand the company's catalog of furniture and how it's best used
  • Fluency in English - other languages a plus
