Head of Sales & Marketing (Foodservice)

About Our Client
Our client is a very respected European foodservice brand specialized in premium fruit products.
As the Head of Sales & Marketing for North America, you will be in charge of the following:
- Drive the strategy of the brand (3 years plan) : budget, investment, advertising ...
- Set a marketing strategy (advertising investment, trade shows ...)
- Execution of the strategic plan
- Lead the sales and marketing team (3 people for the moment)
- travel with the Regional Sales team and the distributor sales rep to assure the brand is well represented
- reporting to the headquarter in France (this position will report to the international Sales Director based in France)
- Work closely with the VP of Finance and Operations to manage the US subsidiary
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a well-rounded sales candidate with track record in the foodservice
- 10 years of work experience in CPG ideally food product
- Foodservice experience
- Hands on mentality
- Natural leadership
- Fluent in French and or Spanish
- Understand of the European culture
