Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key ad networks and improve efficiency and sales and seek out new ad network
  • opportunities
  • Work with marketing and creative teams to generate campaign concepts to sell to prospective clients.
  • Managing Sales Managers to develop, grow and secure new business while managing current
  • advertising partners for digital, social media and events.
  • Delivering quarterly, monthly and weekly sales forecasts, call reports and records of meetings and
  • other activities generating advertising revenues.
  • Recruitment and training of sales personnel, supervises National Sales Managers and sales staff.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in social media and web sales.
  • Spotting advertising and market trends.
  • Staying up to date with news, research and any other information that directly affects the company
  • * Serving as a strong ambassador for the company, especially among clients

The Successful Applicant

Knowledge of:

  • Cold call/prospecting experience and solid presentation skills.
  • Digital media including mobile and tablet technology, web analytics, CPM and Programmatic Buying.
  • General office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and Salesforce.



Ability to:

  • Lead and coach staff to success.
  • Build relationships effectively.
  • Get to key client decision makers at senior levels within an organization
  • Follow up and maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain and nurture existing ad network relationships







Education and Experience:

  • Completion of a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent is preferred
  • Three to five years of management, web sales and social media experience.
  • Digital Media Sales experience
