Job Description

The responsibilities of this role also include management and guidance of:

  • Preparing general ledger, financial position statements, and reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ensuring and directing the validity of the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures related to financial functions.
  • Reporting the monthly and year-to-date financial results of company.
  • Compiling relevant data analysis and projections based on collateral information for developing annual budget proposals that meet the needs and expansion of company.
  • Managing bank accounts, including reconciliation of monthly bank statements and cash flow.
  • Maintaining general ledger system and software for accurate reporting and tracking of monthly and year-to-date assets, liabilities, equity, revenues, and expenses.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • CPA
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal skills
