Job Description


  • Primary liason with our PEO, TriNet
  • Responsible for data entry of all HR related actions and status changes. This includes new hires, terminations, rate changes, department/location changes, job code changes, etc.
  • Ensure data integrity including auditing the payroll
  • Generates reports for HR team and SM executive group as needed.


  • Provide New Hires Orientation
  • Manage the leave accrual benefit, functions azs the point person for time off tracking/timesheets
  • Process Tuition Reimbursements
  • Administer the Health Club program


  • Maintaining personnel records and files, both electronic and hard copy
  • Prepare new hire packages and orientation packages on an ongoing basis
  • Manage the car voucher program
  • Distribute pay checks
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Process Employment Verifications
  • Upkeep Bulletin Board
  • New Hire Blurbs - Obtain from Mgrs, submit to SVP, HR
  • Administrative Support HR Team


  • Post open positions
  • Schedule interview with qualifying candidates
  • Check references for candidates who have successfully completed the interview process
  • Conduct Exit Interview

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years administrative assistant and HR related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Solid interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management.
