Job Description

This role will perform this activities:

  • Work closely with HR and support them in the entire function.
  • HR can need support with welcoming candidates for interviews, paperwork, on boarding processes, training planning.
  • The role will perform as the receptionist of the business which welcomes clients to their offices
  • Bilingual skills in fluent Spanish are necessary because the company works closely with other regions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience required 1- 2 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and willing to learn from the business
  • Committed and looking for a long term career
