Job Description

  • Lead the Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure the company´s People needs are met.
  • Lead and partner projects to develop and implement employment policies and procedures for our US subsidiary
  • Support local managers with people-related topics
  • Manage relationship and communication with external lawyers, Payroll and Labor providers
  • Own the 'best place to work' topic, being responsible also for our office management
  • Report People related accurate data to our headquartersRequisitos
  • You are a good candidate if you have the following skills and experience:

The Successful Applicant

  • +3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a fast growing environment
  • Experience and interest in recruitment and selection
  • Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Psychology, Economics or similar
  • Heavy-internet user and technology geek
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Passionate about People, willing to learn and develop within this area
