Job Description

  • Manage the recruiting and on-boarding process within back and middle office departments
  • Recommend and implement HR policies, procedures and training strategies in accordance with state and federal requirements
  • Supervise the maintenance of current and historical HR records, audit and maintain compliant HR records
  • Develop/participate in office safety programs and ensure compliance
  • Help maintain records for all software, log ins and emails accounts for all employees. Make sure accounts are activated or deactivates as employees start or leave the company.
  • Update employee documents as needed
  • Adhoc HR and special projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • HR professional designation a plus (PHR or SPHR)
  • Hands on experience in the following areas: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits, Policies and Procedures, and Payroll.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and HRIS systems
  • Intermediate to expert Excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate and monitor employee development plans
  • Proven ability to develop and facilitate internal training and/or coordinate with training vendors as needed
  • Ability to raise difficult issues and provide real-time feedback to organization leaders
