This media organization has grown from 100 employees to 300 employees in the past year. As an organization they are forecasting to bring on another 250 employees by mid-2017. They are looking for an HR Generalist to join their team and help bring value to the organization.

Overview of Role:
This HR Generalist will be a valuable member of the Human Resources team, and will be responsible for providing human resources expertise to the c suite executives, managers, and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Development and implementation of HR strategy and processes that drive employee engagement and support short and long term business goals
New Hire Onboarding and Employee Orientation
Talent and performance management
Employee relations, internal investigations and conflict management
Training & development: Help grow and develop the program, and leadership development.
Ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and company policies.
Management and administration of employee data.
Assist with employee communication and engagement initiatives.
Provide advice on performance and conduct-related issues.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity at a media and digital organization.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems.
Ability to quickly become a confident, credible resource for employees on all HR-related matters.
