Job Description

  • Oversee and manage Employee Relations issues: employee coaching, performance management and corrective action, successful problem and conflict resolution.
  • Provide HR Support to multiple levels of management and employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop plans to increase employee and leader capabilities.
  • Administer compensation programs and assists in job analyses and performance management.
  • Tailor employee engagement to drive optimal performance and effectiveness.
  • Support the facilitation of performance management, succession planning review, employee survey feedback with managers.
  • Identify talent issues before they impact the business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 6-9 related experience.
  • Manufacturing background required.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
