Job Description

  • Manage HR, Payroll, EH&S, and Benefit programs.
  • Develop and implement corporate policies.
  • Align HR strategies with Corporate Strategic Plan in order to maximize utilization of all human assets.
  • Coordinate Performance Management program and monitor program's effectiveness.
  • Guide and aid in the navigation of Employment Laws.
  • Direct recruiting for corporate positions.
  • Manage HR personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
  • 10+ years related HR experience.
  • Expert in State and Federal Employment Law.
  • SPHR Certificate preferred.
