Job Description

  • Organizational planning and development
  • Responsible for the recruiting and hiring process and new employee on-boarding and orientation
  • Oversee the safety and compliance program
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration
  • SHRM or related HR Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication
