Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE OF HR ASSOCIATE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Act as a Workday support function within the human resources department in providing solutions to issues related to the design, configuration, testing and documentation of HRIS

- Create ad hoc reports to analyze employee demographics of a business nature on a daily, biweekly, weekly, bimonthly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual basis as needed

- Process mass data loads and maintain data integrity

- Provide integration assistance related to Workday applications and solutions to systems related problems as needed

- Provide additional support to the benefits and compensation teams within the HR department as needed

The Successful Applicant

SUCCESSFUL HRIS ASSOCIATE APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4 year degree strongly preferred

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a HR technical support role

- Experience working in fast-paced financial services or professional services environment

- HRIS best practices, Workday strongly preferred

- Advanced Excel and ad hoc reporting/analysis skills

- Detail oriented critical thinker with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently

- High level of professional discretion and confidentiality with sensitive data and information

- Ambitious and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and with a team
