Job Description

As a HRIS Manager - SAP HCM your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the design, implementation, maintenance of SAP/ HR systems on the business owner's side such as organizational management, personnel administration, time management, compensation, benefits, workflow and reporting.
  • Prioritize and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and other business owners while serving as the HR Technology Portfolio Manager.
  • Serve as the HCM Data Trustee and implement/maintain proper data protection procedures in alignment with Information Security
  • Analyze and report metrics on HRIS activities in support of strategic decision-making initiatives and for ongoing measurement and continual improvement. Based on the data propose and implement strategies for improving outcomes.
  • Drive the successful design and delivery of HR Metrics Dashboard and provide data to end-users to support business needs
  • Optimize the use of HR tools, drive HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility
  • Provide tools and training to assist in skill development on HR systems.
  • Implement change management techniques to support implementation of new technology and system enhancements

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HRIS Manager - SAP HCM will have:

  • 7+ years in HR, system design and implementation
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP HCM
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, decision-making, analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation
