HVAC/MEP Project Manager

Looking for MEP/HVAC Project Manager with min of 5 years exp
About Our Client
NYC based HVAC company that works on mechanical projects in the commercial, residential and luxury spaces.
Responsible for the administration and implementation of all phases of HVAC work, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract development, shop drawings & submissions, design coordination, construction & implementation, space turnover and contract closeout.
MUST be client-facing as you will be representing the company in client project meetings.
Scheduling of all MEP trade related activities.
Development of bid packages, bid analysis, leveling & scope review and the preparation of trade subcontracts.
Assessment of subcontractor extra work orders.
Organize and facilitate coordination of trade installation drawings.
Interface with the Owner and Design Consultants facilitate the timely resolution of open design issues and changes.
Monitor and track trade RFI's.
Develop and track material, equipment and shop drawings by use or submittal schedules and material and equipment status reports.
The Successful Applicant
- MUST have a minimum of (5) years experience as an HVAC/MEP Project Manager.
Working knowledge of scope of work covered by contracts.
Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities.
Knowledge is also acquired through:
Skill in management and administrative experience.
Skill in written and oral communication.
