Job Description

Account Executive/ Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Executive/Headhunter/Recruiter/ Inside Sales - New York Area, Permanent, Salary $45,000 - $75,000 + high quarterly bonuses up to $75,000 in first year, 20 days' vacation, quarterly trips (this year to Vegas, Miami, Hamptons & Quebec).

  • Degree
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience

What's on Offer

High salary and bonuses. First years earning potential of $110,000

Quarterly 'high flyer' trips, this year to Vegas, Quebec, Miami and Hamptons

Structured training - 6 weeks on the desk, followed by 1 week in NYC office and another 3 days in NYC focused on business development. All this aside, we are continually training people.
