About Our Client
Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company
- Effectively manage the inside sales team and drive strategy for measurable campaigns that deliver results.
- Define and measure key performance indicators for the team. Drive continuous improvements around operational efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-divisional business goals through effective cross-selling strategies Collaborate with Global Brand and Marketing teams.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide specific input to develop the overall strategic multi channel sales plan.
- Executing Multi channel distribution strategies across digital, social media, email, internet, direct mail, eDetailing, and webex.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of Sales, marketing and/or media leadership experience in Consumer Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Previous experience with the management of an inside sales team and/or field sales within Life Sciences Industry.
- Knowledge of best-practice customer acquisition strategies in and across each media combined with focus on performance using KPIs and analytical tools
- Understanding of CRM strategy, including data capture and mining, for re-targeting, multi channel campaign management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, influencing and relationship management skills Experience with strategic work planning and budgeting required
