About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of electronic and computer products to a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 companies to small family-owned businesses. Their 30,000 square feet facility in Peabody, Massachusetts, has 3,500 square feet dedicated to sales, marketing and operations, with an additional 26,500 square feet of (ESD) warehouse, product inventory, quality control, shipping and receiving. As our client is constantly looking to motivate their salesforce and reward results, there is also an on-site gym and kitchen for employees to use, with lunch provided by our client once a week.

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Cold call new & existing customers to help book individual book of business
  • Visit customers as needed to provide top customer-service
  • Meet and exceed sales goals to earn financial rewards, company outings, and top company prizes
  • Collaborate with management team on sales planning, sales forecasts, and company goals

The Successful Applicant

Candidates for the Inside Sales Representative role should possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous sales/cold-calling experience a plus!
  • High-energy and proactive
  • Proficiency is basic computer applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
