Job Description

  • Conduct mock SEC inspections
  • Analyze clients' trading practices
  • Evaluate personal securities transactions
  • Assist clients in preparing and maintaining Form ADV
  • Interact with the SEC, state, and other regulators
  • Write articles for various compliance publications
  • Speak at conferences and in other public settings
  • Develop new client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Should have a minimum of three years compliance industry experience and a bachelor's degree.
  • Up to 50 percent of a consultant's time will likely be dedicated to providing on-site advice and assistance to clients.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate strong organizational skills, work effectively as a team member, and proactively interact with a diverse group of clients.
  • Firm may request a writing sample as part of the application process.
