Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional training in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 3+ years' experience in IT end-user support, 2+ years' experience in IT Systems Administration
  • Must have strong written / verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Must have excellent "desk-side" IT support skills Advanced PC Imaging
  • Advanced Windows 7
  • Advanced MS Outlook 2010 and MS Office 2010
  • Advanced iOS / Android
  • Advanced Hardware and Software installation/deployment
  • Advanced Phone System Administration - Cisco Call Manager or equivalent
  • Intermediate Mac OSX
