Job Description

  • Coordinate business travel and itinerary
  • Assist with developing Executive Presentations
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Distribute internal faxes and mail
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Taking notes & creating meeting minutes for scheduled internal Team Meetings
  • Work on Special Projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong attention to detail & organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize task with specific deadlines
  • Ability to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional support
  • Aptitude for learning internal systems, applications and internal work follow of the department
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of Executive Assistance or administrative experience in Benefits/HR
  • Caring for others, passion outside of media, personable and outgoing personality required.
