Our client is an experienced paper manufacturing company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Job Description

  • Foster business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer retention and loyalty. Provide excellent Customer Service to meet or exceed yearly goals defined on Customer Service KPI's. Direct accountability to achieve team's KPI's.
  • Ensure that all customer purchase orders (production and sales orders once they arrive in the US) are correctly fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner to meet customer requirements. This requires a clear understanding of the order management cycle with direct ownership of all delivery process. Track and follow up in a proactive matter orders to provide accurately delivery status to internal and external customers.
  • Play an active role in identifying potential supply chain opportunities within their customer's portfolio. Review Company's and Customer's growth plans to help identify and drive continuous improvement and value creation initiatives as well as collaborate with sales managers to align customer service plans with account objectives.
  • Work closely with warehouses and transportation providers in the US to assure customer requirements are met as planned. This includes monitoring daily pick up lists, and delivery to customers when treating sensitive cargo.
  • Provide customers with required visibility and traceability of their stock and production orders (once they arrive in the US).
  • Provide Sales Managers with a constant support needed in their efforts to pursue their commercial goals. This information is related to open orders, invoicing, order status, and reporting. Track sales forecasts with sales team and customers to achieve specific commercial goals. Travel to meet key customers for annual service performance reviews.
  • Verify freight rates with carriers based on contracts update them in Freight Table in SAP for further approval.
  • Comply with Policy and Procedures established by SPPA in regards to Order Processing and Logistics to satisfy any audit review, especially in preparation for ISO audit and certification.
  • Track EDI invoicing problems and participate in projects to find solutions to improve EDI efficiencies for ordering and effective invoicing.
