Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Frequent communication with key executives and decision makers of the 1st tier customer.
  • Clearly transfer those technical and business knowledge back to Sercomm US office for strategic and tactic decisions
  • Gather competitors' information and movement within customer's organization
  • Identify new opportunities and threats within customer

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Having previous working relationship with the key customer or other telecom operators
  • Understand organization & business processes of customer
  • Technical and market knowledge in the networking CPE devices, broadband industry and operators, home security & automation, etc.
  • Good at making friends and sharing information, strike conversation easily
  • Fearless and skillful to get connection with top management
  • Must be a good listener and skillful at asking right questions to retrieve key information
  • Need to be able to commute into Philadelphia frequently
