Job Description

1 KAM needs to have a general picture of each account, i.e.: * Identify and quantify potential users in the company, by office/region * Be aware of clients' overall usage of this service and AGI's market share * When are busy/slow times and why * What industries are strong/weak and why * Who are the key contacts/decision makers * What's the budget for each project sent to AGI and what kind of project has more/less budget? * If we lose projects to competition, understand what we can do to improve next time, work with Team Leader to troubleshoot * Target and prioritize the frequent users, understand why they have good experiences with AGI, ask for referrals

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate: 1 Has 1-2 years of professional experience selling research, data subscriptions, expert network services, or enterprise software into corporations 2 Is interested in and has experience in dealing with China 3 Has relationships with institutional investors or corporations 4 Is self-driven and has an entrepreneurial spirit / open mind 5 Has an ability to generate new business outside of existing relationships. We are also considering junior sales candidates whom might not have direct experience, but have the positive attitude, drive, and creative thought process to succeed in this highly dynamic Sales role.
