Job Description

The Regional Territory Manager can work from a home office based anywhere in the Midwest, and will be responsible for continued growth and expansion of the Midwest region. This individual will develop and execute strategies and sales goals based on the company's long and short term goals and objectives. This role will require a strong sales background and looking for someone who is hungry and enthusiastic. This person will be working with contacts in operations and safety, or within the engineering department.

  • Meet/Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly regional sales target
  • To increase revenue and margin level for the territory
  • Execute market and segment growth strategy
  • Conduct territory data analysis
  • Implement project and opportunity forecasting
  • Provide competitive intelligence
  • Provide information and intelligence for new products and solutions
  • Provide customer and channel relationship management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors' degree required
  • 2-5 years of technical sales experience within similar markets and industry
  • Experience selling highly technical products and solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communications skills written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 50% within the Midwest region
