Michael page are currently representing A privately held Real Estate Company in the United States with a diversified portfolio of industrial, office, retail and multi-family residential real estate assets nationwide who are actively recruiting for a Leasing Analyst to join their successful and growing asset management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced broker with significant commercial leasing experience to report into the senior asset management team.

Job Description

The leasing Analyst will be responsible for the attraction and management of new and existing leasing contracts for the firms on going and future office and industrial real estate. The role requires significant attention to details as well as the drive, determination and entrepreneurial mindset to identify new assets for the business. Reporting into the senior asset management team the Leasing analyst will be responsible for but not limited to: * Prepare Release of Lease and Assignments. * Conduct and maintain database lease entry document information and Mineral Deeds. * Respond to enquiries and coordinate with land and accounting departments. * Research to ensure payment of revenues on time. * Handle abstract commercial lease documents. * Input data and maintain lease documents. * Report to ensure accuracy and enable tracking. * Complete billing and payment packages on time with supporting documents. * Establish positive relations with customers, vendors and lessee. * Follow-up customer, lessee and vendor enquiries and special requests on time. * Generate and check internal reporting with manager to monitor transaction status

The Successful Applicant

The successful leasing Analyst will have a string background in the commercial real estate sector having worked on multiple office, retail and industrial real estate leases. Alongside this the Analyst must have: * 3 - 5 years of real estate experience * Strong brokerage background * Worked on complex office and industrial contracts * Track record in commercial real estate negotiations
