Job Description

Sales Representative effectiveness and success will be measured on a quarterly basis throughout the year. Measures for effectiveness and success are:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales growth targets set annually and tracked quarterly
  • Commissions earned should exceed the salary collected
  • Salaries will be right sized as appropriate, using sales performance metric guidelines and sales management discretion
  • Improvement in product and application knowledge
  • Organized and timely administrative skills in managing portfolio of accounts
  • Achievement of overall production dynamics such as:
  • Breadth of sales in relation to territorial opportunity
  • Number of active accounts
  • Number of new accounts
  • Sales volume
  • Gross Margin compliance in relation to Company set standards
  • Meeting CRM compliance requirements

The Successful Applicant

Team Selling can take sales success to the next level. Team selling provides a framework to unleash the synergies that teamwork can create. Team Selling involves a number of people at various levels and specialties interacting to link technical expertise, personal selling skills, capacity, and geographical support.

The commissions earned will be shared or split in team selling scenarios. The percentage should always be defined in advance of the sales, and is defined in the customer databased (ARSKK). Senior sales management shall have authority in determining the shared percentages that effect the total commissions earned. Examples of team selling will include:

  • Primary Account Manager that utilizes Site Specific sales support
  • Sales Mentoring and Training
  • Enterprise Accounts where multiple sales people are required
