Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will:

  • Receive and process orders from construction sites.
  • Maintain database for vendors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Organize layout of project areas.
  • Keep detailed records of cost management with leveling sheets and control tables.
  • Guide inventory transfers between project sites and warehouses.
  • Coordinate shipments of materials, supplies, and products to sites from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Rent equipment for lifting and handling.
  • Support the COO with the bidding and buy out process.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Logistics Coordinator will have:

  • 3-5 years of logistics experience
  • Knowledge of the construction materials and processes
  • Experience working with construction/real estate
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • Superior organization and communication skills
