About Our Client

My client is a 3PL full cysle origin to strorage to destination firm. They have a presence worldwide and are currently in the prcess of expanding their US headquarters in NY.

Job Description

 Ensure that the site Quality System is implemented and maintained.

 Ensure the accuracy and quality of all records and documents.

 Coordinate all training activities for all personnel and ensuring appropriate documentation and filing (this will include but is not limited to SOP training, regulatory training, and Health and Safety Training).

 Facilitate the Handling of Quality Issues, escalation of Quality Issues as well as CAPA tracking up to completion action.

 Acting as Quality Assurance representative for customer audits, including the preparing of appropriate materials required within those audits.

 Tracking and overseen all commitments for actions or changes made by previous customer audits as well as from internal audits.

 Assisting in the evaluation and assessment of company designated agents and/or outsourced activities.

 Conduct self-inspection audits for the local or regional facilities.

The Successful Applicant

QA Customer Services and Logistics Specialist ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic markets.

To adhere to all company Policies at all times.

To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Branch Manager.
